ConnLUG Holiday Party 2019

ConnLUG members and guests are invited to join us for our annual Holiday Party. The party will be held at the Herd Restaurant on Main Street in Middletown on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The price for the event is $40.00 per person and includes an appetizer, a main course, a desert, and all non-alcoholic beverages. There will be a cash bar for those interested.
As is tradition, we will have some fun events planned for the party, some familiar ones and some surprises. Among them is the “Dirty Brickster” Yankee swap event. This is an optional event where participants can bring a wrapped LEGO item of a $20-$30 value. This item can be any LEGO set, modern or classic, LEGO related items like cases filled with vintage parts, hard-to-find minifigures, or a MOC of equal value. Everyone who participates will leave with a unique item!
We will have some live build challenges, fun competitions, games, prizes, and plenty of bricks to go with an awesome meal. Your co-hosts for the event will be the venerable Mr. Kevin Hinkle and ConnLUG President Cam Panczak.
Note: Though on Main Street, access is via the Metro Square Shopping Plaza (the one containing the movie theater) which can be found at 140 Main St, Middletown, CT 06457.
